At GreenHill Property Management , we have over 20 years of combined experience in renting, owning, renovating and managing rental properties.

Our real estate adventure began in Waterloo, Ontario where we purchased two 6-student properties. Shortly after this, we purchased a 9-student property which we developed into a 25-student apartment building. We led the development of this project all the way from drawings to the final city sign-off. In total, we owned and directly managed 37 student bedrooms in Waterloo.

We moved to Durham Region in 2012. During that move, we sold our Waterloo investments and began to invest in the local market. Currently, we have 80 doors in Oshawa, Peterborough, Lindsay and Port Hope between 8 multi-residential properties. We have become knowledgeable in renovation, revitalization and legalization of apartments.

We manage all of these properties ourselves and are skilled in the marketing of apartments, tenant relations, day-to-day operations and maximizing profitability.
